Filler for Exposed Cabinets
Hi Chad and Team,
Is 2 inch filler necessary for open wall cabinets? I think the beauty of open cabinets is the slim lines of open shelves and frames, if adding a filler here by the wall, it will not look as good. Any suggestions?

I would avoid using a filler in that spot and instead caulk it to the wall. Adding a filler will create an awkward seam where it meets the cabinet face.
