Yes, I would probably oversize the Base 90 cabinet by about an inch or so to ensure the interior has enough clearance for this unit.
That said, be aware that there are a few issues with the approach of modifying the doors to attach and revolve as you’re planning. First, we cannot modify the door sizes on the cabinet case, they’re designed for a full-overlay frameless setup. Requesting them to be inset, or even smaller in width/height isn’t possible, as it would create production and design issues on our end. However, you can order new custom-sized doors from BarkerDoor.com to any dimensions you need and install them on a Barker Cabinet product as you see fit.
Second, having the doors sit flush with the cabinet face isn’t ideal because the edge banding would be visible. We strive to cover all face edge banding wherever possible so that the only visible finish and color tone is that of the doors once the cabinets are installed. While flush doors are technically possible, it goes against our overall design approach, as banding may be slightly off from the cabinet door color/tone, just an FYI.
