        What drawer slides come with City Cabinets? The “quick specs” of the home page it says Blum Tandem+Blumotion Soft Close Slides, however in the “introduction to city cabinets.com” video you say KV Gslides.

          I found the answer. On the cabinet order form it says Blum Tandem+Blumotion Soft Close Slides. Great to hear. Thank you.

            Apologies for the delay, I thought I had responded to this last week but must have missed it.

            Yes, City Cabinets includes Blum Tandem Plus Blumotion slides as the default standard. When we first launched the line, we tested an imported slide, but the cost savings were so minimal that it wasn’t worth the hassle — and the imported slides tended to be a bit buggy.

            For reference, Barker Cabinets uses the newer Blum Movento drawer slides, while City Cabinets uses the Tandem Plus Blumotion slides. Both systems are nearly identical in feel and function, though the Barker/Movento combination has a slightly higher load capacity of 125 lbs versus 100 lbs for the City/Tandem Blumotion setup.

            In everyday use, they feel virtually the same, I often have to look under the drawer box to tell which slide system is installed.
