In my design I am going to need a WFE that is only 18 in. high. The minimum is 22 in. on the website. Is it possible for you to make a WFE that seems to be non-standard – 18in.

If you need a size smaller than the listed minimum, place the order at the minimum height and include a note at checkout (credit card screen) requesting the specific height adjustment. For example:
“Please change the HEIGHT of the WFE ordered at 22″ tall to 18″.”
