Sure, we offer 18 inch and 15 inch wide pullout trash cabinets. A size in between is not possible, as the pullout trash units are fixed width and cannot be custom sized.

You can use a single door cabinet with a drawer above, then install an aftermarket trash pullout in the lower opening. We recommend a floor mounted pullout for best stability.

The interior width of our base cabinets is approximately 1.5 inches less than the listed cabinet width. For example, a 16 inch wide cabinet will have about 14.5 inches of usable interior width behind the door.

If we want to use a third party trash or pullout system, and we order a B1D, it looks like I have to choose a hinge side, but I don’t want hinges in this case. Do I just add a note later in the order process to not drill any holes for these doors?

I will be ordering other B1Ds, so I wasn’t sure how exactly to distinguish them (or maybe it doesn’t matter – but I will need hinges on some of those B1Ds).

Sure, just request that the B1D be made without drilling the hinge cups in the order notes at checkout. This is fine and an easy change.

If you have a lot of single-door cabinets, please add this one odd B1D cabinet to the end of the order so it is by itself as a quantity of one.

It is much easier to change a single line item with a quantity of one than it is to break apart a quantity of two cabinets into two separate line items. That creates a mess on our end, but keeping the non-hinged cabinet as its own line item makes it easy.
