Technically speaking, a 21″ deep trash rollout can fit into a 23″ deep cabinet. The 21″ rollout requires a 21.75″ deep slide, and a 23″ deep cabinet offers an internal usable depth of approximately 22″. The clearance behind the rollout or drawer box is tight but still within an acceptable range.

However, at a 23″ cabinet depth, there isn’t enough space to install the Blum Servo Drive behind the trash rollout. This is why we don’t list the 23″ depth option on the website—eventually, someone would likely encounter issues with the Servo Drive not fitting properly.
