Can you build a single cabinet?
I need one cabinet that is 49 3/4″ wide by 18″ deep by 32″ tall, exterior measurements. The top would be open to accept a granite top. One side would have, behind a door 3 drawers with one being regular file size. The additional 2 drawers would be equal in size as appropriate for the remainder of the verticle space. On the right side behind a door would be 2 adjustable shelves. The 2 exterior doors would be equal in size allowing for standard-size doors for a cabinet of this size. The cabinet would be white. The bottom toe kick area would be flat with no indent. The 2 doors would not be drilled for handles.

You would need to use multiple base cabinets placed side by side to achieve 49.75″ total width. Sound’s like the single door base cabinet with rollouts behind the door would be your best bet here: https://www.barkercabinets.com/1-door-base-cabinet-p/b1d.htm

I need cabinets with pull out drawers and a file drawer. Do you have a solution?

…On the inside of the cabinet. Thank you.

We have limited options for files drawers. Here is one:
