        Hello,
I purchased your cabinets with a pure white finish.
        They look really nice installed.
The contractor drilled a wrongly-placed hole for cabinet hardware.
Do you sell samples of paint for touching up these errors?
        I know a painted area won’t match a spray-finished surface.

If you don’t sell paint for touch ups, is there an available paint color and finish that would match?

        Thank you,
        Maggie

Too bad. Would bug me to have new cabinets and one door with a touched up hole .Maybe Chad would comp you a replacement door or at lease a discount. Believe they use sherwin williams paint but for you to go buy a quart youre probably better off paying for a new door/drawer front.

Yeah, we can remake the front pretty easily. The charge would be negligible, and we usually handle small items like this as goodwill gestures, as long as the customer is being reasonable.

If it is a larger order and the customer is not being overly nit-picky, remaking a single door is usually not a big issue in the grand scheme of things. Email customer service for assistance.

We do not sell a touch-up kit because the paint we use cannot, or at least should not, be applied by hand brushing or roller. It really needs to be sprayed to achieve the best-quality or at least passable final product.

The actual Pure White paint formula is attached.

Thank you for your reply. I will write to customer service and inquire. And thank you for the paint color description.
