Hi,
I am trying to place an order for cabinet, but keep getting this error. I’ve tried to wait for a couple of hours in between trying again.
“There was an error communicating to the payment gateway server. Please try again in a few moments.”

Try submitting it again. I can see your previous failed orders, and it looks like the payment gateway timed out. Other sample orders have gone through successfully in the last few minutes, so the issue should be resolved now.

I checked the gateway, and there are no failed transactions showing on our end of the gateway. I do se the order on our website, just not the gateway, so there is some disconnect happening. Since multiple orders have been placed successfully since this thread began, it’s likely an issue with your local internet connection or web browser. It could be an outdated browser that’s unable to establish a secure SSL connection, or another local system error like “private browsing” or some sort of ad blocker that is interfering with cookie files here.
You can try submitting the order using a different web browser. Since the order is close to $20k, I understand that re-entering everything may not be ideal.
Please feel free to email me directly at chad@citycabinets.com. I can assist with processing the transaction manually. Basically, I can resurrect one of your failed orders, then run the card manually from my side.
