Your order includes a two-door base cabinet, which consists of the cabinet case and the matching doors. The cabinet case has already shipped, but the doors are still moving through production. They typically take a bit longer than cabinet cases due to the additional complexity, but they should ship within about a week or two depending on current workloads.

Orders under approximately $2,500 are treated as small orders. These are shipped “just in time,” meaning each component ships as soon as it is completed rather than waiting for all items to finish. This prevents our shipping dock from being filled with small parts waiting on other components.

Our production is divided into four separate departments—cabinet cases/hardware, cabinet doors, drawer boxes, and long millwork items (such as crown molding, base molding, and other solid-wood parts that cannot fit on a standard 48″ × 48″ pallet). Because each division ships independently, smaller orders often arrive in multiple shipments.
