Good morning! I’m looking into your City line base kitchen cabinets and would like to know if there is a veneer and/or finish on the interior of the cases and/or drawer’s. Also could the Seattle doors be ordered with just a plain round-over instead on the stiles and rails?
Thanks! Bob -
The entire cabinet interior for standard base, wall, and tall cabinets features a birch veneer with a baked-on UV finish. This is one of the most durable interior finishes available on the market. In extreme situations where a stain cannot be removed with water and a towel, it can even be cleaned with acetone without damaging the finish.
Drawer boxes are finished with the same baked-on UV clear coat as the cabinet interiors, providing an exceptionally durable and consistent finish throughout.
Selected doors cannot be modified from the profiles listed. Substituting a round-over on the outside edge is not possible, as we do not carry that profile for other door styles. Mixing and matching profiles across door styles introduces too many product-related risks, and ultimately increases the likelihood of errors during production.
