I’m going to use Rev-A-Shelf 3” and 6″ Filler base cabinet pullouts in several areas of my bathrooms (22″ depth base cabinets) because I don’t want to waste the excess tiny space leftover. These just need a 3” and 6″ gap between cabinets, and I’m going with these since your slim Haefler pullouts only work for 24″ base cabinets.
How do I order full size (30.5″) 3” and 6″ pieces that would look like doors? Because the 3″ is so small, would it just be a slab door or do you do something to it so it’s a bit more decorative? (I’ll be ordering the Shaker Inset for my other doors/cabinets). And can the 6″ have a Shaker Inset or is that also a slab?
Also, these pullouts would be between a sink base and a filler/wall, so I’m guessing that I’ll need to either add scrap wood to the wall in order to attach the wall side of these pullouts (if I use a normal BDEEPFILLER 2″ wall filler piece) or put in one of your BFETHICK ends to attach the pullout to on the wall side. Going with the BFETHICK is kinda expensive for not needing to see it, but it would make it so that when you pull out the pullout, there would be a “side” on the wall side. I only have about 1.5″ of space for the filler, so if I go with a BDEEPFILLER, I’ll have to rip it down to 1.5″ regardless.
If I go the way with a BFETHICK (assuming that fits), is there any way to order a BFETHICK with maple veneer on one side but keep the other sides with the color of the cabinets (in my case, clearcoat cherry)? I was thinking that since the sink base side would be maple veneer (and all other interior cabinets are maple), it might be nice to have the wall side of the pullout also be maple. But no biggie if you can’t do this or it costs way more! Thanks!

Sure, for the 3″ piece, I assume you are talking about the fillers on the left and right sides where the cabinet touches the walls. If so, you can simply order them here:

Note that 2″ is typically all that is needed in most situations, so you may be able to gain a bit more storage space by switching from a 3″ filler to a 2″ filler.
For the pullouts, I see the Häfele base pullouts are set up for a 24″ cabinet depth. We can make those 22″ deep if you prefer, which will eliminate a lot of issues with trying to attach a door to an aftermarket pullout. The Häfele pullouts are very nice, so this is likely the cleanest and most seamless option.

To order at 22″ depth, place the order with the 24″ depth selected. Then, in the order notes at checkout, request that the depth be changed to 22″. We will make that adjustment manually prior to production. This should resolve all of the issues you mentioned.

Thanks Chad – for the 3″, I am actually talking about a 3″ “door” which I’m guessing would just be a flat slab with the normal dimensions of a full size base door, just only made to cover what would be a 3″ wide base cabinet. I just need something door-like to attach to the Rev-A-Shelf 3″ pull out from here -> https://rev-a-shelf.com/432-series-vanity? 432-VF30SC-3.
It goes in a 3″ gap between cabinets but at least provides a bit more storage, but it needs a door for the front part.
Thanks for the option for the Hafele pull out – I’ll think about it. The nice thing about the 6″ Rev-A-Shelf is that because it’s not in a cabinet, the shelves are wider because there is no cabinet taking up space, but it is definitely more of a hassle!

Hmm, interesting they are trying to use that as a sort of pullout filler without a cabinet case.
We do not sell doors by themselves on Barker Cabinets, but you can order a matching door in custom sizes through barkerdoor.com. They are all made the same way in the same factory with the same process. Thanks!
A 3″ wide slab version of the door style you are ordering would work best. Click on the style, then you will see the slab version of that style:

Oh wow – thanks! I didn’t realize you had that separate site for doors!

OK, dumb question, but is the height of a full door for a standard 34.5″ base cabinet 30.25″? I saw a dimension on one of your other cabinets, but I thought I better confirm. Thanks.
