Hey folks,
I’m looking into adding a custom glass cabinet or two in my kitchen to open things up a bit visually. I’ve got solid cabinet doors all the way around right now, and honestly, it feels kinda heavy. I’m not going for a full glass wall or anything—just one or two uppers to show off a few decent dishes and make the space feel a little less boxy.
I chatted with a local cabinet guy from WoodMill Design (they usually do custom kitchens and closets around here), and he suggested doing something with frosted glass to hide clutter but still let light through. Sounds cool, but I’m curious if anyone here’s done something similar.
Do they actually stay clean, or am I gonna be wiping fingerprints off daily? Also, do you end up regretting showing what’s inside if you’re not super tidy?
