        We need to let our contractor know more information about the Base Toe Kick Platform.
        Specifically:
        * The three support pieces along the top of the platform – how wide are those?
        * Are the sides of the platform made of 3/4″ plywood?

          Sure, please see the attached side view with measurements of that platform.

          Yes, all parts are made from ¾” thick plywood, the same material used in our cabinet cases.

          That said, if you simply need a platform to install the cabinets on top of, I’d recommend having your contractor build one on site using standard 2×4 framing lumber. This approach is often faster and more cost-effective since the materials are readily available and work perfectly for leveling.

          The toe platform we offer is ideal for very tight or measurement-critical installations, as all parts are precision cut and CNC drilled. However, for most other areas where tolerances aren’t as strict, a 2×4 platform built and assembled on site will perform just as well.
