Wife wants small (18″) high cabinet with glass doors above the kitchen wall cabinets. We do not see that option, are we missing it or is that not available?

First, see the proper versions here, which include a matching interior that aligns with the cabinet face and doors. These work very well with clear glass, since the interior matches the door finish:

Next are the standard one door and two door wall cabinets. On the ordering screen, you can swap the doors for a glass option. These are less expensive per cabinet, but the interior remains the standard prefinished birch plywood. That interior will not match the glass doors, which is usually not desirable when using clear glass:

Question about this response…we actually want a W2D pre-finished birch plywood with primed doors ready for glass panels. The paint will be green. Is there an option to order this? I.e. we do not want the inside to match the door face. Thanks.

All W2D cabinets come standard with a prefinished birch plywood interior. The doors and face banding are custom in the wood species and finish you select, so a raw wood or primer-only for the doors and face is the standard option for our regular wall cabinets.

If you want the cabinet interior to match the doors, you will need to order the W2DGLASS cabinet instead. Those cabinets feature an interior that is finished in the same wood species and finish as the doors you select. This is the recommended option if you plan to install clear glass doors, as it prevents the standard birch plywood interior from being visible through the glass after installation.

Thanks. I just realized that this discussion was about the City Cabinets line. It looks like with Barker Cabinets, there’s no option to do pre-finished interior, correct?

Correct, this is a new addition that only City Cabinets currently offers as a standard option wh8en ordering. We can do it manually on the Barker Cabinets line, but it would require ordering the regular W2D cabinet, then requesting that we change the door over to the glass version in the order notes at checkout.
