Knee drawer or Desk drawer
Hi. I’m replacing a bathroom vanity in a very small not quite 8′ x 5′ bathroom. The vanity itself will be a 30″ sink vanity with 2 drawers and 1 door. The rt side and back of the vanity are against the wall. What I want to do (and what was there before) is install a drawer to the left side of the vanity (attaches to the left wall and left side of vanity). I guess it’s commonly called a knee drawer. One can then use the toilet as a seat for that side (I don’t want to put a larger vanity in). Question is, what can I use? All the knee/desk drawers are too shallow. I would like to have something that has an interior drawer depth of at least 4″. Is this possible?

Sure, assuming we are talking about the desk spreader cabinet from the link above, you can simply order that cabinet at a taller height.
If you need a 4″ tall drawer box with about 3.25″ of interior clearance, order the cabinet at approximately 5 1/2″ tall.
If you need a true 4″ of interior clearance inside the drawer box, then order the cabinet at 6 1/2″ tall.
***The website limits this cabinet to a default height of 4.5″. You can place the order at 4.5″ and then request a height change in the order notes at checkout on the credit card screen.
