Installation of Fillers and Finished Ends
I am trying to finalize my cabinet layout and will try to order my cabinets by the end of this weekend! Wish me luck!
Question about the installation of fillers. I get that the finished ends are typically installed 5/8″ proud of the cabinet, but what about fillers? Are those usually installed so they match the cabinet frame depth and are not installed proud, correct?

Sure, we typically install the filler 5/8 inch proud, just like the finished end panels. This usually provides the best appearance.
