  Hood Enclosure – Single Panel vs. Three

  Hi Chad,
  Would it be possible to make a hood enclosure with a single panel versus the standard 3 panel design? The dimensions I’m considering are 36″ wide x 22″ tall x 20.25″ deep in the Los Angeles design. Thanks!
