  • Exposed base cabinet with vertical tray divider

Our kitchen layout has a blind corner. We want to put a base cabinet with drawers on the right side of the corner. On the left side, we would like to have an exposed base cabinet with vertical tray dividers and no drawers. You don’t seem to have that as a standard option. Is there a way to do this?

Currently, we do not offer a vertical tray-divider cabinet with an exposed interior that matches the finished face/exterior of the cabinet.

We do offer standard exposed-interior cabinets with or without adjustable shelves. While these are not specifically designed as tray-divider cabinets, they can certainly be modified on site to create custom vertical tray-divider openings as needed.

That said, I would still recommend keeping the tray dividers behind a standard cabinet door, similar to our existing tray-divider cabinets. These areas tend to look a little messy when left completely exposed, especially once they are in regular use.

Tray-divider areas also take quite a bit of wear since trays are constantly being slid in and out. This can cause a standard finished surface to wear fairly quickly. Our regular wall and base cabinet interiors use a durable baked-on UV finish that holds up much better to this type of repeated use.
