Cherry Clearcoat vs Red Oak Clearcoat
Would it be possible to see doors of these side by side?

Sure, please see the attached photos. These show a red oak door with a clearcoat finish, with a clearcoat cherry wood sample placed on top. The cherry sample is brand new and has not yet fully aged. I will include a pic showing how it ages as well. Cherry changes a lot over time.
