Drawer boxes typically take about two weeks to produce from the date the order is placed.

Please note that as of December 27, our holiday schedule is in full effect. Many team members take time off between Christmas and New Year’s, and with both holidays falling midweek this year, production timelines and customer service response times may be slightly delayed.

If you sent an email over a weekend or holiday, we appreciate your patience and ask that you expect a response on the next regular business day. Our team is currently spending some well-deserved time off with their families, and we will respond as soon as normal business operations resume.

Yes, we have transitioned all painted finishes to a Sherwin-Williams water-based primer and paint system. This upgrade was implemented alongside our new flat-line finishing system and RoboTech universal sander.

The combination of the new finishing line, updated primer and paint formulas, and precision sanding allows us to offer a baked-on water-based finish that is more durable than our previous conversion varnish. The advanced sanding process also gently breaks sharp edges, such as those found on shaker-style doors, creating a more uniform profile.

This reduces edge wear and significantly improves long-term durability, resulting in doors that hold up better to everyday use over time.

                          Hello Chad,

Do you use “Acroma Pro Waterborne Clearcoat?” If yes is this finish applied over the Sherwin Williams paint?
Do you use Akva Line 814 or Laqvin Clear? (Voc’s) Concerned aout off-gassing my daughter is highly allergic.
Sherwin Williams paint is it zero or low VOC’s?

                          Thank you again,
                          Deb

For clear-coated products, we use Acroma Pro Satin Clear, finished at a 20-sheen level. We don not add a clearcoat topcoat over painted doors as it’s simply not needed and ultimately reduces the ability to touch up damaged areas with matching touch up paint.

Painted products are finished using Sherwin-Williams Gallery paints. Gallery paints are low-VOC, but they are not classified as zero-VOC. For reference, I am personally allergic to formaldehyde and have no issues working in or around this material.

If preferred, doors can also be ordered raw or with a primer coat applied, allowing you to spray them on site with your paint of choice.

We are planning on using a 33″ single door, left hinge Blind wall cabinet.
Our cabinets will be 13″ in depth, so assuming I would order a 33″ cabinet with 13″ blind, I would have 20″ revealed with a door roughly 17″.
                          Is this correct?
Additionally the integrated filler is 3″. That seems unnecessarily wide for my application. Can I get this reduced to 2″?
In the picture it also appears that the blind panel extends past the box dimensions in the hidden end. Is this in addition to the overall dimensions ordered, or is the box reduced from the size ordered. I assume this extra piece is to allow for custom trimming if needed.

                          thank you,
                          Eric

Correct, see attached for a top view.

The filler would need to stay at 3″ total width as shown as this is a sort of built in standard for that cabinet. Changing that would cause issues in production.

We are planning on building a tall hutch with 59″ wall cabinets stacked on base cabinets. The size of finished end panels on the website stop at 48″, even though I can order cabinets up to 60″. In your City Cabinet line the panels do come up to 60″. What solutions would you suggest?
Speaking of the city cabinet line, are the same doors and finished ends used in both of your lines? We are considering ordering the kitchen in your standard line, but the hutch in the city line. It is across the room but we want it to completely match the other cabinets when looking at the exterior.

                              Thanks for the help,
                              Eric

Do you have other white colors you can choose from Sherwin and Williams or just the ones you list? I was looking for apartments creamy warm white?

Also do you do design layouts?

We currently carry only two white finishes. Dover White is the warmer and more creamy option of the whites we offer. I would highly recommend ordering a sample so you can view the color and finish quality in your own lighting, as colors on computer or phone screens can diminish the overall look.
