We have a ceiling height that is 108″ and were wondering what we could do on the sides of the built in subzero refrigerator. We are using the crown molding trim that is 6″ tall. So we would most likely need a panel that was 102″. How would we use what you have available?

We cannot offer a single full-height finished end panel, as the sheet sizes are limited to a maximum height of 96″. To achieve a total end panel height of 102″, you would need to stack two panels on top of each other. Below are two examples of refrigerator openings and tall cabinet combinations.

Similar topic with the tall end panels –
There is a significant price break going from 90.75 inch tall to 91 inch tall end panels. I’m looking for ideas on how to not cross over that 91 inch threshold when I have 92 inch tall cabinet stack with a 96 inch tall ceiling. For a scenario very similar to the left end panel at the appliance stack [photo attachment in the previous post], has anyone done anything with base molding or similar to cover the what would be a 1.25 inch gap at the bottom?

The easiest solution is to increase the height of your crown package by 1″ to 2″ if you’re extending the cabinets to the ceiling. For a 96″ ceiling, use a 5″ to 6″ crown package instead of a 4″.
Crown packages in 4″, 5″, and 6″ heights consist of two separate pieces that can be adjusted up or down on the backer. You can order a tall end panel and corresponding cabinet stack at 90.75″ and use a 5″ crown package with minimal floating adjustment (about 1/4″) during installation. This allows for flexibility when attaching the crown molding to the backer.

Thanks – Are you suggesting shorter cabinet stack to go with the taller crown?

Yes, tall cabinet stack total height and the overall height of the tall end panel should be the same height. Just increase your crown molding package height as needed.
