Hello. I see the disclaimer on the shaker flat panel drawers that solid wood drawers over 10″ wide are prone to cracking and warping. Is there a way to have these made in MDF or is there a wood that is less prone to warping? I have several drawer fronts that are 25-27″ in width (6″ height) that I’m looking to order. They will be painted, not stained. Thank you.

As long as you keep them at 6″ tall, you will be fine with any width you select, including the 25″–27″ range you mentioned. Issues typically only arise with very large pieces, such as a 24″ wide by 24″ tall slab drawer front. At 6″ tall, this size is perfectly acceptable and should not present any problems.
