Hi, I asked about creating a rollout cart on the City Cabinets forum a few weeks ago. Based on your response I revised my plans and I am now thinking of ordering a base cabinet with roll-out shelves. I would eliminate the toe kickspace and add casters on the base so that it could be rolled out to access the gas shutoff, but I would plan to use it locked into place, between the stove and the existing cabinets/countertop.
My question now is, if I order it with rollout shelves, are they installable at different heights or do they have to be equally spaced? And are they in place of the adjustable fixed shelves that would come with the cabinet or in addition to them? I am ordering a case that will be 31.25″ high, so I don’t know if I will know until I install it what makes sense for heights.
Thanks,
David Duncan
