How deep would you recommend the individual drawers to be in both a 3 and 4 drawer stack in a 34.5 inch base cabinet. Also, is that the interior vertical measure or is that the measure of the drawer face?

See the attached images for a side view of each cabinet showing the usable interior drawer height. This example reflects a solid slab top drawer front. The drawer height will change if you order equal height fronts or any of the other front height options listed on the ordering pages.
