Hi Chad, Love your website, it’s been very helpful! I’m planning to place an order soon and was hoping to split the payment across multiple credit cards. I didn’t see that option at checkout. Is the best way to handle this by calling in?

I also had a quick cabinet question. I’m wondering if it’s possible to do two standard lower cabinets at 21 ¾″ depth: one standard base cabinet with a door and one three-drawer base cabinet, both at that depth.

I noticed on your website that you size down in 1″ depth increments. I have a 45-degree corner, and in Chief Architect the layout lines up cleanly with a standard 24″ depth cabinet on the left and 21 ¾″ depth on the right, so I’m trying to match that condition.

Just wanted to confirm if that depth is doable for those two cabinet types. Thanks!

Actually, that reminds me, I would be more interested in the 1 door (HAFELE base pullout 2, 2 x shelves), but I see that depth is only available in 24″, 25″ and 26″. Can you do 21 3/4″?

Using Multiple Payment Methods

Sure, to pay for your order using multiple payment methods, please follow the steps below:

Submit the order to trigger a decline:
First, finalize your order and proceed to checkout. Attempt to submit the order using a single credit card, but intentionally enter an incorrect security (CVV) code. This will cause the payment to decline, which allows us to access the order from our end.

Email us after the decline:
Once the order has declined, please email info@citycabinets.com to let us know. I will then send you a secure link to add additional credit cards to your account.

Confirm payment amounts:
After adding the cards, reply to my email with the amount you would like charged to each card. I will process the payments manually and finalize the order.

Yes, we can essentially build the cabinets to almost any size you need. All of our cabinets are fully custom and built to order.

While our website only lists cabinet depths in 1″ increments, we can typically build cabinets to non-standard depths (such as 21.75″) for most of the cabinet types we offer. The primary limitation is hardware compatibility—some pullouts and accessories have minimum depth requirements. As long as the selected hardware will function properly, we can reduce the cabinet depth without any issue.

To request a custom depth, please place the order using the closest standard depth shown on the website, then clearly note the exact desired depth in the order notes at checkout. It’s important that this note is included, as the change will not be made without it.

Regarding the Häfele pullout: the unit itself is approximately 22.75″ deep from front to back, so unfortunately it will not fit in a 21.75″ deep cabinet.
