No toe-kick option not selectable

The cabinet 0 door wall oven and cooktop base cabinet (ADJUSTABLE TOP RAIL, DOUBLED UP DECK) does not have a selectable no toe-kick option. I am selecting 30.5″ cabinets and building my own toe-kicks. How would you suggest I order this cabinet?

Cabinets with appliance openings cannot have the toe kick deleted in the standard options, as this would affect the opening height and cause errors during production. If you need the cabinet built without a toe kick, please order it at the exact overall height you need, then add a note in the order notes at checkout (the credit card screen) requesting “build the BAPPLIANCECASE with no toe kick.”

Please note that we never change the width, height, or depth after the order is placed, so be sure to reduce the cabinet height accordingly when removing the toe kick.
