Currently, I only have the gallery photos showing past projects with the various door styles we have used over the years. Our slab plywood doors are three quarter inch thick plywood with veneered faces. They are very high quality and will not warp, bow, or crack.
We are not going to sell you something that will fail in ten to twenty years. Our cabinets are built to last for the long term, and we still have cabinets in service today that were built in the 1970s and 1980s.

Thank you for your reply. I thought that I read something on this forum concerning warping and cracking on slab doors and I just wanted to be sure that it would not be the case. I trust Barker Cabinets! This will be my second home that we are remodeling using Barker Cabinets. We are thrilled with the product and are coming back for more!!

We previously had a disclaimer on barkerdoor.com from when we allowed customers to order solid wood slab doors over 10 inches wide and tall. If you order a solid wood slab door up to 24 inches wide and very tall, such as 48 inches, the wood can warp or twist over time due to humidity fluctuations. That disclaimer was in place to help steer customers toward more stable options, such as frame and panel doors or slab plywood doors, which will not break down over time.
Only paneled five piece doors, such as Shaker or Windsor, will receive a second or third panel as the door height increases. If you are ordering slab plywood doors, there is no need to worry about additional panels. The slab plywood material is already stable and does not need to be broken up to prevent stability issues.
