I want to order an Oregon door paint grade maple primed only that is 30″ wide and 53 1/4″ tall. Will the 30″ width require a center stile? Can a door this height be built without the center rail?

A 30″ wide door is too large to be submitted through barkercabinets.com. The maximum width allowed there is 24″, as doors wider than that are generally not designed to be hinged and used as moving doors. As a general industry standard, hinged doors should not exceed 24″ in width.
Your door is 30″ wide and 53.25″ tall, so it does not require a center stile, but it would require a mid rail if built as a door. That said, if this is a single, non-hinged panel with no plans for movement, then it is really an appliance panel rather than a door.
We offer appliance panels on barkercabinets.com that allow for much larger sizes. Panels up to 48″ wide and up to 84″ tall are permitted, as they are designed specifically for oversized, non-hinged applications. I’ll include a link below.

Thank you Chad. Unfortunatly, I do need hinged doors. I am replacing doors on an existing “built-in” unit in a bedroom. I do appreciate the quick reply!

You could order the appliance panel and request that it be drilled for hinges. We cannot guarantee this will be completed without issues, as we have not attempted this modification in the past, but it is a possibility.
Simply submit the order for the appliance panel as needed, then include a note at checkout requesting hinge drilling. Please specify three hinge cups in the standard 3.5″ on-center spacing from the top and bottom of the panel.
