Perfect, that fixed it!
I have the same issue on my pantry door and unfortunately it already had the bottom hinge fully out away from the cabinet and the top one fully in- I had been playing with all kinds of combinations and finally decided to stop and move on. Now, after fixing the one, this one is not coming together. See attachment.
Thanks,
Ken -
It looks like the hinges on that door are adjusted too tightly toward the cabinet face. If they are pulled in that far and there is no gap between the back of the door and the face of the cabinet, the opposite side will not close fully.
Back the hinges away from the cabinet face slightly, then reassess the other side. That should allow you to dial in the alignment more accurately.

Make sure the hinge is adjusted as far outward as possible. You could also try swapping the hinges with another door, although it’s very unlikely the hinge itself is defective aS they are extremely consistent.
Have you placed the door on a flat surface to check for warp? Set it on a granite countertop (or another known flat surface), hold three corners down firmly, and observe the fourth corner. If that fourth corner lifts more than 1/4″ off the surface, the door is warped and should be replaced under warranty.
Wood can occasionally move at random times, that’s simply the nature of building with a natural material that was once living.
If it appears to be warped beyond 1/4″, please email info@barkercabinets.com and the team will assist you with a replacement.

Hey Chad,
I’ve tested it w/all kinds of combinations, both the top and middle all the way out and the bottom all the way in, middle mid way, top full out and bottom full in and still out. I removed the door and set on my granite island countertop and it indeed is warped. I’ve sent an email to begin the warranty process. Thanks again for your help.
